Our Story

Jennifer and her husband Clint have served in professional church ministry for more than 20 years but have always had an interest in property design and renovation. In 2008 the couple acquired their first investment property and have been adding to their portfolio since that time. Legacy was formed in early 2019 just before acquiring some costal properties to rent on the short term (Airbnb) market. The company continues to expand with properties in Virginia, North Carolina and Florida.
